Currently under construction in a vibrant historic neighborhood of Knoxville, this house is designed to meet all the spatial requirements of the client as well as fitting into the neighborhood. This site was particularly challenging given the slope and zoning, but as it comes to completion it sits well in its site, taking advantage of views to the river while maintaining privacy from the street and neighbors. The large overhangs and efficient layout make this particularly energy efficient despite the large expanses of glass facing south.
